Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Senior Manager – Business Analyst to lead strategic business initiatives, drive sales finance transformation, and contribute to IT-enabled decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in business controlling, financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies. This role involves leading cross-functional projects, developing pricing strategies, and implementing business applications that align with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Analysis & Decision Support:
Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across functions.
Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and financial performance improvements.
Drive cost optimization and margin enhancement through in-depth financial modeling.
Financial Planning & Control:
Oversee product pricing, profitability analysis, and business case development.
Design and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance and highlight key trends.
Support management in risk assessment, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.
Sales Finance & Business Controlling:
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to align business goals with financial planning.
Drive strategic sales finance decisions and pricing strategies that improve business outcomes.
Act as a business controller to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI tracking.
Project Management & IT Enablement:
Lead business application implementation projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
Design systems or dashboards to automate reporting and improve data accuracy.
Align IT deliverables with business needs for cost reduction and process efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, Operations, and Sales teams.
Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable business plans.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Expertise in financial modeling, costing, budgeting, and variance analysis
Exposure to ERP systems, business applications, and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
Project management experience with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Risk management and change management capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering (Mandatory)
MBA in Finance / Strategy or relevant postgraduate qualification (Preferred)
Certification in Business Analysis, Financial Planning, or Project Management is a plus
Preferred Background:
Experience in manufacturing, technology, FMCG, paper or consulting industry
Hands-on experience in leading business transformation or cost reduction projects
Exposure to pricing strategy and financial systems implementation
