Job Title: AVP – Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as AVP – IFA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the wealth management industry, with a focus on building and scaling IFA networks. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
Formulate and execute IFA sales strategies to drive business growth.
Define and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets.
Identify new business opportunities to expand IFA outreach.
Provide strategic input to senior management for long-term growth and scalability.
2. Relationship Management
Develop and maintain high-quality, trust-based relationships with IFAs.
Ensure high levels of IFA engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Organize periodic training, workshops, and meetings to keep IFAs informed and motivated.
3. Sales & Business Development
Drive B2B sales by onboarding, activating, and supporting high-performing IFAs.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to deliver tailored value propositions.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure full compliance with SEBI and internal organizational guidelines in all activities.
Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and business analytics.
Coordinate with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence by IFAs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the wealth management sector.
Demonstrated success in managing and expanding IFA networks.
In-depth knowledge of financial products (mutual funds, insurance, PMS, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
