Position Overview: The Fund Manager will oversee the administration and management of client securities and funds within our PMS. This role requires ensuring compliance with SEBI's 'fit and proper' criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client objectives, ensuring optimal portfolio performance.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of stock markets, focusing on listed equities, to inform investment decisions.
Stock Evaluation: Assess fundamental and technical aspects of stocks, analyzing price movements over time.
Client Advisory: Provide informed investment advice, aligning with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all portfolio activities adhere to SEBI regulations and internal policies.
Key Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of stock market operations, particularly in listed equities.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and individual stock performance.
Proficiency in both fundamental and technical stock analysis.
Expertise in fund management and investment advisory services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in:
A fund house as a fund manager.
A reputable brokerage firm.
As a SEBI-registered research analyst.
As a SEBI-registered investment advisor.
At least 2 years of experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, or related fund management roles.
Educational Qualifications:
Professional qualifications in finance, law, accountancy, or business management (e.g., CA, CS, CFA charter, or LL.B.).
Postgraduate degree in securities markets from NISM (minimum one-year duration).
Relevant NISM certification related to PMS as specified by SEBI.
