AGM/DGM Project Head

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the flawless execution of projects.
Budget and Scope Management: Ensure all projects are delivered within the defined scope and budget constraints.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
Progress Tracking: Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Stakeholder Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed; manage relationships with contractors, clients, and vendors.
Quality Assurance: Ensure strong working knowledge and application of quality standards in residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial project dynamics.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
