Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the flawless execution of projects.
Budget and Scope Management: Ensure all projects are delivered within the defined scope and budget constraints.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
Progress Tracking: Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Stakeholder Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed; manage relationships with contractors, clients, and vendors.
Quality Assurance: Ensure strong working knowledge and application of quality standards in residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial project dynamics.
